- 10 Tips for Online Crisis Coordination by Brian Adams (@brianadamspr) - I like the structured approach of a crisis in this article and the fact that it asks the right questions with regards to workflow.
- Social Media Crisis Case Studies by Melissa Agnes (@melissa_agnes) - I am a big fan of Melissa, she focusses really well on crisis communications and always gives tons of useful insights. This is a great list of crisis case studies worth reading and learning from.
- This is a Crisis - (video) shared by Tony C Tiller (@tonychr) - I have seen all the episodes of Black Adder but missed this part for one or the other reason... Will definitely use it in my next crisis workshop - just love it.
