Xing meeting in Brussels

I just received an invitation to go to a Xing networking event in Brussels on March 8.
The event takes place in the Mirano, an old movie theatre and I am looking forward to meet several of my "virtual" contacts in real for the first time.
Xing is definitely my preferred online social network and I have already made some very good contacts through the system. If you're interested in meeting me there just drop me a note.

I've received the invitation myself, but I'm in doubt on whether or not to come. I can find many more professional contacts on LinkedIn.
You're better experienced with this, can you tell me if LinkedIn and Xing are complementary networks, or do people just end up registring for both networks?
