On crisis communications and blogging

Last week I posted an article on the IAOC's blog on the topic of using a blog, an RSS feed and a new tool called feedbeep to communicate with mobile employees.

I must say I am pleased with the service of feedbeep till now. I am testing it with the press releases I send out (via e-mail and RSS) and up till now I always received an SMS message on my mobile phone with the title. A minor though, I get the message after 20 minutes...  On the other hand the people at feedbeep tell me that this wouldn't be true with the corporate edition of their system. To be continued.
