Experience: more than a decade in Public Relations, specialising in crisis communications, media relations and since 1996 in "online PR". I started my career with Porter Novelli International in Brussels helping clients such as FedEx, Iomega and APME among others.
Four years later I moved to an in house position with IBM where I run the day to day PR/External Communications for Belgium & Luxembourg and am also the European Lead New Media, part of the global New Media function.
Next to IBM I started my own freelance operation in 2005 and train business communicators, marketing professionals and information managers on the use of New Media (blogs, wikis, podcasting, videocasting and RSS).
Workshops are hands on and tailored to the client. I give training in English, French and Dutch and travel throughout Europe to deliver the workshops.
Hobbies: reading history, going to the movies, having a nice dinner with my wife and a couple of friends, traveling...
Languages: French, Dutch, English and used to speak very good Spanish.
